Bought the Laurastar in sept/oct last year. Serviced it after 6 months because it was dripping water and could not heat up. The service agent gave us the following tips: 1. The technician found some deposits in the machine. β€œUse only normal water.” We used tap water so unsure what normal water is. 2. β€œDrain the tank in the machine every few weeks.” We empty it after each use. Therefore this is not the issue. 3. There was water dripping from the iron. β€œIroning time is too long. This iron is only meant for light ironing/steaming, about 1/2 hr.” We were not informed about that when we bought it. 4. Crisscross patterns could be seen on some of the clothing after ironing/steaming. After sending photos of our ironing board as requested, we were told β€œYour ironing board is rusty. Don’t use too much steam. It is only meant for light steaming. You should remove the board cover after each use”. We bought another board cover and the problem was solved. Overall, a product that is more hype than functional. The product and after sales service deserves only a 1 star rating.

My Blueair Sense+ purifier fan stopped working, and gave the company a call before dropping by. Sandy was incredibly helpful, pleasant and attentive to my needs, and managed to resolve the issue within 36 hour. Literally dropped by and dropped off my machine on Thursday morning, and managed to collect my fixed purifier on Friday afternoon. Huge shoutout to her and team for the 5 start CS. Will consider buying directly from them going forward!

Service by counter staff Sandy very good March 2021. They even provide service overall check for sending in for few days for My HiZero mop which cannot charged earlier. Keep it up. Service better than Philips Singapore that I had before something like this before. Even cleaned more for me during servicing. Went again end of May for another problem and yet Sandy and her support team helped me to solve it 2 days later. Bravo Sandy.
