★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst insurance experience I ever gotten for my vehicle, I sold my vehicle early Jan this year 2017 and ask for a rebate since my vehicle still has a few months before the insurance expired. Until now June 2017, no reply, no rebate, nothing. I gave up eventually. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone, would rather pay higher premium and get better service. First and last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Will not get anything from them even if it might have one of the better rates in the market. I was involved in an accident and claiming against the other party. When I called EQ to check the status of my case, they said they are not responsible at all and ask us to get our workshop to liaise with the third party we are claiming against. The officer-in-charge (Eileen Chong) did not even bother to retrieve my file and advise a customer. If a insurance company cannot fight and protect the interest of their customers then what use is it? Totally useless and very disappointing!

Totally agree! Worst in terms of service.
Had an accident in March 2019. No update, no response even with my enquiry sent in via their website. Now, it’s time to renew my insurance. My NCD was reset to 0%, and the third party is claiming a repair of $1200 (with survey fees $1360). Unbelievable!
