Viva Studio - 130 Serangoon Ave 3

It's my second time back at Mandy's and as usual, the process is smooth and fuss free. For those who are afraid of pain, don't worry, it's VERY manageable. In fact, it's next to non-existent. Mandy is a very personable individual. Don't be afraid to convey your wants and needs. She takes pride in her work and it shows. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience and I will definitely return! Bonus to those who love dogs - she has two very friendly and adorable poms. Such little angels!

I am very pleased to provide a review of Viva Studio. The true story is that I felt Mandy’s charges are too modest for the quality of service I received and I wanted to top up what I felt was an undervalued amount by a large Ang Pow but this was rejected hahaha. Anyways I’m the sort who has super sensitive skin and extremely low pain threshold plus a certain irrational psychological fear. The sort who gets PTSD from watching a horror movie (or from some ex bosses from hell couple of years back). It takes an extremely patient person like Mandy who repeatedly puts numbing cream, and waits in between the process of microblading each small portion every time I wince. I did eyebrows at some expensive salon but even they didn’t do it in such a patient way. The whole process is done with such gentleness I think a real angel from heaven couldn’t do better. Most importantly I’m so pleased with her results that I still go back to get it done even with such stress on my side because the lips and brows done so perfectly. It takes a certain type of person who has such attention to detail to make it look so good. You need especially sharp eyes, really nimble hands and a whole lot of experience, which of course she has. What more can I say, she’s the best. First Class. Not business class. (P/S I’m not paid to do this review, also not her friend or relative. Just an appreciative client).

Mandy gave new life to my eyebrows, it used to be sparse and uneven. Saves me a a lot of time as I don’t have to draw my brows no more. Mandy who was patient and meticulous, studio was clean and cosy. Will definitely come back ??

I've gone to Viva Studio a few times already and always leave feeling very pleased with the kind of service that Mandy renders. Not only is she very meticulous with her work, but it is always a fun time talking to her :-) Highly recommend anyone who is looking to do eyelash extensions to go to her!!! Prices are also very reasonable!

VivaStudio is very professional in their services rendered. The studio is very sanitary, which is great during these times! The entire process was comfortable, seamless and surprisingly painless- especially as a first-timer, it can be quite daunting. I did their eyebrow embroidery service which was very meticulously done. 100% would recommend!

Excellent aftercare service as well, where she followed up with me on my healing progress before prepping for what to do before my touch up. Found this gem through a friend’s recommendation and the eyebrow embroidery procedure has changed my life. I used to look like I was suffering from terminal illness due to a lack of eyebrows and Viva Studio managed to use whatever sparse brows I had to transform it into something amazing. Excellent service and patient as well when answering my gazillion questions. Kudos to this place and thanks again for changing my life for the better. I can go out now without feeling embarrassed of my eyebrows.

My brows have been saved since years of not knowing what have been done to them. Very grateful that I was given the education that helped me to understand what I was paying for. Services are priced very reasonably and I definitely received more than what I paid for. Therapist is very meticulous and paid attention to detail in her work.
