β β β β β Did 9v eyebrow embroidery under Nicole . She did her work with passion and I am happy with her work . Earlier there was some misunderstanding about being charged over the needle for the first touch up , after some clarification staff called and apologise and even offer to check my eyebrow. Staff Nicole assisted to do free touch up using the previous needle that was used for my first touch about 1.5 m ago . She did a nice free touch up and I am grateful for that . She even offered to cover my redness in the previous embroidery for free. Thank you Nicole .

β β β β β Did my brows with Wendy who did a good job with them.
Be forewarned that the advertised price is 199$, but there may be other add ons like that price was for standard brows, but the Korean brows that I got was an extra $100 on top, then there was layering of the old brow that was another $200, then the touch up was another $250 (with another laser session).
Just be prepared to pay more than the advertised price, which is a bit of a put off for me

The lady who attended to me was Anna and she was really professional in doing my brows and I felt at ease knowing that she knew what she was doing :) I really love my brows a lot and I would definitely recommend others to come to do their brows here?

β β β β β Did the 9V eyebrow embroidery with Wendy. Sheβs v patient and did a good job in making sure I was comfortable. However, as Iβve oily and sensitive skin, the colouring does not seem to go on easily on my skin and so Wendy had to use a combination of tools and it took quite a long time to complete. Kudos to her patience.
Do note that if u have very oily and sensitive skin, you may encounter the same issue as me so there may be some pain (the 9V is rather painless but she used a combination of tools so thereβs still some level of pain) and bleeding like the usual eyebrow embroidery.
Updates on Day 5:
The color at some parts is already coming off so now my eyebrow is patchy. Was definitely expecting better quality since I paid a premium for the 9V. Will go back to seek their advice and will update again.
