★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this a negative rating if I could.Thankfully we dodged a bullet with this. We contacted Vivre and were assigned a Mr Pen. We went on to have 2 Zoom meets with him, the first to state our requirements and the second for him to give us his suggestions. Though it was obvious that he had no idea how to operate Zoom, we sat through a somewhat painful 1st meet and lived to regret a second. Clearly he had not understood the concept of a budget or homeowners' preference. Cos after sitting us down and asking us what we wanted, he managed to give us exactly what we did not want and at 30k above what we were willing to spend. At the end, when we politely thanked him for his service and told him that we will not be proceeding, he promptly got butt-hurt and offered us a parting sarcastic comment to make up for his failed attempt at understanding his clients needs. While this might not be a reflection of the company, if u get assigned this guy, run. If anyone wants a screenshot of the exchange, I'll gladly provide.
