โ โ โ โ โ Overall the class is awesome! Before the class, my voice was strained and the singing was tiring. After a few classes, I can sing for very long without feeling tired and I realize my voice sounds much better. Kenogi is a very professional coach. He pointed out my singing problems while being encouraging all the time. He made abstract concepts very accessible by using various practice to help me find the feeling of healthy singing.

โ โ โ โ โ Mr Kenogi is a teacher that allows for individuals to seek their own way of finding his/her voice. He backs up his teaching with examples and does not try to push for things that he/she can't do. Fundamentally, he knows that people have different voices and caters each one personally. Allowing them to build on their strengths and weaknesses.

โ โ โ โ โ Would recommend Kenogi to everyone! He's an extremely patient teacher with amazing skills in both teaching and singing.
Before the lesson I had no prior experience in singing or getting singing lessons and he was very accommodating. During the lesson we went through vocal exercises that I could practice by myself and I feel like I came away with A LOT more knowledge that I originally didn't have. Our lesson was online as I am from Melbourne but Kenogi managed to help me in a lot of areas that I needed work on regardless.

โ โ โ โ โ Before the lesson, I could not sing without my throat feeling tight and start hurting. My singing was very breathy and strained.
After the first lesson, I was already able to sing and project my voice much easier!
Kenogi's lesson is easy to follow and understand, even for a complete beginner like me.

โ โ โ โ โ Kenogi's lessons were great for even an absolute beginner like me. I went in without any knowledge about singing techniques and musical theory but he was patient in breaking down the background behind the practices and exercises he was prescribing. The results really spoke for themselves since I came out with access to more of my range and a more pleasant sounding voice.
His teaching approach was well tailored to my own needs and prioritises vocal health by moving away from unhealthy habits. For that reason, I absolutely recommend Vocal Evolution for anyone who needs a better grasp of their voice!

โ โ โ โ โ Have been going to singing classes for about 2 months (an hour per week) at time of writing. Before this I tried learning on my own through free/monthly online course subscriptions.
The class has made me both enjoy singing more and improve my ability to sing much more quickly than would be possible if I was self-learning. In the 1:1 lesson my teacher was able to correct my voice and let me access my mixed voice in ways which I never could have noticed myself.
The lessons are taught in a way that is clear which makes improving natural. Even as a beginner I don't get overwhelmed and can learn effectively. The scheduling is also quite flexible which has been a big plus for me too.

โ โ โ โ โ It was great having Kenogi as my vocal coach. It was my first time attending a 30-min vocal session, and I could feel the difference.
From singing softly using my 'singing' voice to singing loudly using my chest voice with confidence. Kenogi equipped me with skills that I am able to practice and build upon even after my first session.
Would recommend it to anyone looking to improve your voice, not limited to singing only, but speaking loudly, and clearly with confidence.

โ โ โ โ โ I was pretty nervous before heading to my first lesson with Vocal Evolution. But the coach, Kenogi was very friendly in his teaching approach and I felt very comfortable throughout the lesson!
After identifying my singing flaws, Kenogi did an excellent job in explaining them to me and how to fix them. He showed me how to rectify my pronunciation and airflow issues with a few practice verses of the songs that I chose, singing using his techniques. The sound recordings of me singing before and after his teaching clearly showed that his methods work! My singing sounded clearer and less strained.
