They always arrange the service in a timely way, and the technicians they send to your home are extremely helpful, communicative and professional in their work. They always clean up the area after they are done with the servicing work. Vois team also provides you a post servicing report. Special shoutout to Nora in the front facing team who has been most helpful to resolve queries and issues very promptly and is always a pleasure to speak to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged $100+ for repair but ended up the air conditioner became non-functional which is worse than before. Called back and staff said to top up $300 to repair again. Very shady, please avoid and go to other companies instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an appointment with them on 14 Jul 2020 and the time frame given for their arrival is 1pm to 3pm.
My postal code is 159XXX.
The lady that fixed up my appointment is Norah.
At 3.25pm, I called them and VOIS said that their team just left the other place and will arrive at mine by 4pm.
Firstly, they already have a 2 hours duration to fulfill their appointment.
Secondly, despite knowing that they'll be late for an hour, VOIS failed to take the initiative to call and notify me.
Thirdly, I had mentioned to them specifically when I made the appointment (1 month ago) that I have to leave home by 5.30pm.
I promptly cancelled their servicing. I'm glad I didn't sign an annual contract with them as it will be very bothersome having to wait and disrupt my schedule and appointments just because the team is not going to be on time and also not the courtesy to call and inform their customers.
Cannot comment on their quality since no servicing happened.
Responsiveness is quite good as calls are picked up promptly.
Rates are decent. $133.75 for 5 aircon units.

They are professional, give sound advice and always arrive with multiple technicians so that work is completed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to try VOIS over the typical "one-man show" services.
