CAS-6422475-V7F8H6 I will not recommend at all, not even a STAR. Major regret engaging their service, customer service not responsive, replying me standard answer, my parcel delivered to US warehouse yet no one can tell me the status of my item. Keep telling me need 5 working days to tag the item, i given them in total 12 working days yet still not updated or any follow up provided. CS can even tell me the item not deliver to them.. HELLO, the signer is fake is it?

Seriously overpriced with limited services. Cost me more than $60 for a shipment of a small parcel with volumetric weight of 2.6kg. There are better and more affordable services out there with wider range of services for delivery. For the same parcel i can get it cheaper at Ezbuy ($22) and SF express ($48) for instance. Had to pay an extra $10 for the redirection to another courier but it is still cheaper overall.

Case: CAS-6201556-N3D1F8 My parcel went missing despite both the merchant and courier provided records that the parcel reached vPost's warehouse. I have raised the issue with the Customer Care team, but they were unable to locate the package using the tracking number. It has been two months since the delivery was made, so I presume my parcel is lost forever. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend vPost's shipping services.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would recommend to find another freight forwarder. I placed an order for shampoo and bodywash from an online retailer back in 2012. Forgetting that i wanted to gift the shampoo and bodywash to a friend, i placed another order on the same day. My online retailer created two orders and shipped both to vpost. Funnily enough, vpost sent me an email to tell me that 1 of my packages has been "banned" from entering Singapore. So i paid for shipping on 1 of my packages. When i received my items, i called back vpost and informed them that i received my package and why was the other shipment banned since both packages contained identical items. The customer service officer kept repeating "item not allowed to export". vpost kindly offered to send my package back to my retailer, to which i gladly accepted. I contacted my retailer about the refund and the online retailer told me they didn't receive the package. I contacted vpost again. they said they had returned it but there was no proof. Obviously, my recommendation is NOT to use vpost unless you would like your items not to be delivered on time. Standard reply from vpost is to provide VP number for them to investigate but its all a ruse. don't bother using them.

My first time using Vpost service and already facing major issues. After my package got delivered to vpost address provided, I was told to wait for 5 days for my package to appear in my account, waited 7 days and got told that they could not verify my package. Provided, all necessary documents and proof that was sent to address provided by VPOST. Got told to wait 3 more working days for them to investigate. Whack service and pretty much useless online chat. Total disappointment.

CAS-6272722-J6D9P9 First time I have ever had to resort to using social media to complain. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I asked vPost to return my parcel the day it arrived at their UK warehouse. I even provided a prepaid return label (no less than DHL). vPost claimed that DHL never came to pick up the parcel. Fine. So I asked vpost to redirect the parcel. It has been 6 WEEKS, MORE THAN 10 EMAILS FROM ME, AND MY PARCEL IS STILL AT VPOST WAREHOUSE. Each email reply from them is from a different agent who does not seem to read the email chain, and gives a different reply/suggestion from the previous agent. As a result I keep being led around in circles. I am shocked at the quality of customer service. It is worse than non-existent, it is INCOMPETENT. No one knows what is going on. This is despite two direct phone calls to their helpline, with each of the answering staff saying they will get back to me personally - it never happened. This is despite the fact that I have stressed that I have already lodged a complaint. Their infamous β€˜we will reply in 3 working days’ (read the exasperated reviews from other users) reply is truly β€˜astounding’. By the way I am still waiting for their latest reply and it has been 6 working days since I emailed them. Thanks to vPost’s incompetence I have exceeded the merchant’s 30 day limit returns. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Seriously, I have never come across worse customer service than this. vPost you really need to get your act together.

This is the worst experience I had came across. My supplier send my items to their warehouse with proper tracking receipt and number but vPost claim that my goods does not have my vp id and cannot be found. Isn’t all the boxes tagged with my tracking number same as on the receipt written my vp id. Only after telling them then they manage to find my items after a long 2 weeks due to their customer service response of 3 to 5 working days after every call I made to them thru their hotline and call waiting time is more than 30 mins each call. After finding all my goods they wanna charge me $2000 to send 12 boxes by sea based on the weight but I can get it from another forwarder for $400 based on cbm. So I arrange for my forwarder to collect my goods but it takes another 4 days later I still cannot manage to collect from their warehouse. Their customer service is forever engaged. I wonder how can Singpost be so lousy being such a big company.

I think i agreed with all the reviews given by the VPOST consumer like myself. They don't deserve any star. The delivery is also taking so long to deliver and the status in the portal never seem to change or update after 10 over days. Their customer response is from a script and they don't have any information, they still need to check with their internal team. SERIOUSLY, You need to buck up VPOST!!!
