★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place where kids come to meetup for enrichment classes.
Sorry, I mean adults can come here for CPF & SATA as well.
Few restaurants eg. STARBUCKS, JACK'S PLACE, YEH TING, MCDONALD'S, LERK THAI, SAKAE SUSHI for yr dining pleasures.
There's a library with 5 levels of reading excitement!
Currently, NTUC is under renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has the library, standard chartered, UOB, DBS banks, two Japanese restaurants, blood bank, MCD, jolly bean, kopi alley (my favorite) and some more shops. much calmer and cooler than causeway point mall. Restroom in first floor needs some renovation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What makes a great mall is a good rest rooms. The 1st floor restrooms near Mc Donald's is so poorly maintained that not only one but two handicap restrooms are broken with no locks! Today they just closed the male restroom beside the two already broken down handicap restrooms. So this mall got the worst rating I've ever given so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst vertical transport system I ever encountered. 4 lifts serving 8 floors, even at non peak can take a long as more than 90 seconds to come and you never know where the lift is, so as to take the stairs or wait. In most time people just climb the stairs or take the escalator, which serve only till the fourth level, including 2 basement. Ending up the lift being empty most time.

Convenient One stop NTUC, Library, CPF, HDB, Postal, UOB, DBS, StdChart and a dental service. MRT and Bus Interchange accessible but far off without underpass. The Sakae Sushi here tastes better than other outlets.
Setbacks:
(1) Disgusting Toilets have no respect for tenants and customers.
(2) Heavy rain pondings and shoes are not waterproof.
(3) No Shelter to Effectively link Civic Centre to Fairprice and across to Causeway Point either due to functionality or waiting for the business to sponsor and maintain.
(4) Tried to use the ramp to the traffic light which was situated inconveniently at the side, ineffective, dark path and also had ponding with rain and dirty water.

Gov't services includes CPF branch, HDB branch, SATA Health centre, SkilllsFuture office etc. Banks branch includes Standards Chartered, UOB and DBS. Food outlets include McDonald's, Jack's place, Starsbuck. NTUC is located at the basement.
