β β β β β When I was there, there wasn't any clean empty table. With all the safe distancing rules and lines marked on the floor outside the stall where the big menu is, I thought I had to stand outside to wait to be seated while the staff verify my vaccination status. Waited for quite some time and there wasn't anyone checking on me so I helped myself to a seat. Went in the air-conditioned area where the cashier is to order. I stood infront of the cashier and waited till she's available to take my order. Meanwhile, no basic "sorry / please hold on" response from her. Quite disappointed with their service. This outlet is either understaff and/or has inefficient / not well-trained staff. Waited about 20 to 30 minutes for my chicken. Abit dry :(
Am disappointed with my experience in this outlet but still giving 3 stars because Chicaboo is one of my top few choices for fried chicken. Try other outlets instead..

β β β β β Chicken is surprising tender inside not dry. Fries and sweet potato fries are crispy.
The sweet & spicy Winglets is not like korean one, it taste more south east asia with a hint if lemon grass taste
I like Garlie Honey Winglets.
The popcorn chicken is disappointing. No taste and thick batter.

β β β β β The experience wasn't great. Ordered a 2pc and a 3pc set respectively. I think the service was overall great but the food itself was deplorable. Chicken had an off putting smell closer to the bone regions, while it was freshly fried and crispy, the chicken itself was not great in any way. Would be my last time here.

β β β β β Pot pie is huge & their bread crispy out & soft inside.
Chicken is freshly fried so be prepared to wait a little longer.
Price is reasonable

β β β β β Surprisingly good! Especially for it's price. For a mere $8.9 I've got a fillet of fish, a huge chicken breast, 2 sides and a drink! The fish was crispy and piping hot, the chicken was near perfect (way better than other chicken brands I've eaten). I would definitely choose this over our

β β β β β The outlet is small with limited seats, but service is quite fast. Had the bbq burger and wings, it's so good. Burger is so juicy and portion is quite big too. Sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. Garlic bread is delicious too, staff said that's the best side item. Cheese fries were okay. Coleslaw was good, very flavourful. No regrets, must try!

β β β β β Food was so super worth it! The portion and taste was more than enough for someone like me who usually eats a lot. Regardless of the small space, it has a very nice ambience when dining in here. The ability to feel the cool breeze in your face while consuming the food was nice! The staff were also very patient and friendly when my friends & I took some time to choose our dishes. The food took 10 minutes maximum to be prepared which was fair enough. Recommended to come here if you like cheap dates with good food ?

β β β β β Just placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken a-la-carte.
At $3.80/piece I requested for drumsticks and thighs.
Totally disappointed. They decided to give me 4 pieces of breast meat. Well done!
What's the point of paying $3.80/piece when you can't get what you're paying for.
Never buying from them again.
