β β β β β My family and I have been going here for a year plus. They have a good variety of items for very affordable prices.
If you go early, very peaceful and relaxing place.
Food isn't the best, but you get your money's worth for sure. The pizza is a great appetizer with an thin crispy crust and the right amount of cheese. The spaghetti noodle dishes can be a gamble; sometimes being great, sometimes not so much.
Never had any bad experiences with servers.
Was quite shocked my last trip that they stopped providing napkins though lol. With some finger food item on the menu, patrons not prepared with wipes and tissues will definitely have a bad time.

β β β β β Went there for lunch on a weekday, no crowd and it was nice and peaceful.
Staff were friendly and the food was good and same standard with the other outlets. Only issue is that the mussels tasted fishy.
Set lunch is affordable and good.
Convenient location close to Woodlands MRT.

The usual budget and will return Italian restaurant.
Avoid peak hours. The dishes served out during peak period, hmmm not so recommended.
Pocket friendly for family with kids.

The squid ink pasta is all time favourite
Sirloin steak only has option for well done and medium. Tried the medium and the doneness just nice
The hot chocolate lava goes well with ice cream
Price is affordable and dishes taste good

β β β β β Bad service and very average food. Only salvation is that food is priced at an affordable price. Servers are rude and food tastes pretty bad. The chicken wings were the only thing on the menu that was slightly better than average.

β β β β β I give this branch a 5-stars rating. It is the best restaurant that I have dined at recently. Wide variety of choices. GST has been included in the prices stated on the menu and no service charge. I ordered a lunch set lunch for S$7.90 nett inclusive of a creamy tomato bacon spaghetti, a small side salad and a can of Coke Zero. This is excellent value for money. The spaghetti was served hot in temperature and al-dente in texture. The salad was fresh. The sauce was not too creamy but it was enough for the whole bowl of salad. The beverage came in a full can! Wow ! My friends were happy with their food. The ambience was clean and comfortable. The staffs offered above average service. They served our food quickly and attended to us efficiently. A staff also patiently helped us to take a few group photos. In fact, I have a better experience at this branch - Woods Square than the one at Orchard Central. I highly recommend Saizeriya especially this Woods Square branch if you are looking for a restaurant that is easy on the pocket and delicious food.
