β β β β β Service is nice. However, maybe one of the lady sales/optometrist is just incompetent. We have to go back twice to correct some stupid processing/measurement issue, and it was still not comfortable to the eyes. And they have not a clue why itβs not right. Frankly speaking, I am shocked by their lack of capability. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE.

β β β β β Had a very bad experience in W optics compass one. Have been a regular customer and brought my broken frame there and requested for an eye check. The lady serving me kept haggling me while Iβm awaiting for my eye check that βwe donβt want you to do the eye check and after that walk off without buying glasses from usβ. I was quite disgusted by the attitude as I said that I need more time to consider. She replied curtly β better decide soon. We wonβt do eye check if u donβt buy anything on the same dayβ Totally appallingly service. I walked over to Capitol Optical next door after this experience.

β β β β β 16/01- it's my first time visiting the shop (my eyes that time was irritated and pain due to coloured lenses). She served my needs as I need the lenses urgently that day. She offered me a pair of free trail lenses to try whether if my eyes are suitable before purchase and detailed explain to me how to take care when I enquireβΊοΈ etc. Got a free eye checks too. Brought 2 precision box lenses ($). Highly recommended caring and kind young lady with blazer!!? thank you very much for your kind help.

β β β β β Terrible service and unpleasant experience at W Optics at Compass One. I went to this outlet on 29 December 2021 afternoon and staff is not welcoming in attending my request. Instead he continues to do his own work and kept me waiting without any intention to assist. I would highly suggest the management to send senior staff for a customer service training so that they did not come off as an incompetent employee who are unable to provide good service to a paying customer.
