He kindly helped me to find the right fitted one for the Prison's requirement. After knowing that it's meant for an inmate that i am befriending with, he gave me at a discounted price and emphasize the support of YELLOW RIBBORN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chinese female staff attitude was very unfriendly on 2 separate occasions, one was recently, when I will like to get a pair of glasses using my own purchased frame, while the other, was adjustment of my spectacles. To be fair, my family previous experiences were far better in the past when we made our specs there and assisted by 2 other guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by unfriendly Chinese Female Staff. I went to collect my glasses today and brought back my old glasses (also purchased from them few years back) for her to help me clean it because I was unable to get rid of the fog. She gave me an unfriendly face and tried clean for once but failed, she told me in-house lens is like this cannot be cleaned after long wear. She also commented that I will expect the same for my new pair of spec because I did not choose the higher range lenses.
I have no choice now as I already purchase the new pair of spec from them. I would like to suggest they look into improvement of their in-house quality for future customers.
