★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be gd but standards have dropped. The pork in the butadon was so tough n chewy we thought we are chewing bubble gum! Time to change your cuts of your cooking methods!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice but expensive, similar to outside restaurant price
*the cashier's standard in checking for the vaccination certificate and NUS safe pass QR code is even more strict than an ICA officer, or even the immigration checkpoint at Changi Airport. What a safe, covid-free environment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buddy brought me here on one of our food adventures and I was amazed by the crowd, given the price and that this is found in a "school tuckshop". Not the cheapest but was blown away by the taste and quality from the first bite. Will prolly add foie gras the next time to complete the decadent experience.
Pity outsiders can only takeaway though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via delivery. First time trying. But since a friend recommended the place.... The bowls and truffle fries were pretty good! Wasn't really a fan of the way the beef tasted, but the truffle sauce was very yummy. Would definitely be visiting their other outlets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: A friend has informed me of the "Waa Cow! NUS" group chat on telegram, where they offer lots of promotions and discounts! Turns out may be worth after all, only if you watch out for these promos.

TLDR: Overrated :/ So expensive ($23.40 for original beef bowl) it's not even funny for some measly pieces of meat and rice. Totally not worth to frequent. Try once can liao.
5 pax seating available, maybe more since i see tables with 6 seats. No cashless payment ??, but many mobile payment methods available.
The place is cold. Not just the air con but service in general ❄️. You dont see their kitchen and workers cooking the meat, only a small counter for cashier. The cashier do the transaction and immediately disappear. Why do they hide the kitchen behind a wall?
The food is tasty if it is $10. But it is $23.40, including the 7% GST. Totally not worth. The bowl comes with food placed beautifully. Rice ?, Beef, green onions ?, fish roe, and a soft boiled egg ?. We didnt get drinks cause is so expensive and bought from nearby NTUC instead ?.
The beef ? is smoked and rich with flavour, but with each bite the flavour dulls. Tasty but eventually is just meh.
The rice is a bit wet. and small portion. Not hot also, only warm. Egg also, can tell it isnt so freshly cooked. Mixed the egg and rice and it tastes decent.
Didnt see the drinks price, but they had these cool bottles of cola/sparkling water ? at $5+ each. 2 cans of hite ? for $10 (when outside it is $5).
Overall, just try once can liao for the FOMO and see for yourself. This is way above a student's budget and even when you feel like splurging this is not the place.
Youre better off spending $24 buying a spread of delicious dishes than one measly beef bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salmon med raw and original wagyu. For the price, I expect quality taste and it didn't disappoint. Melt in the mouth goodness. Salmon was a nice big chunk but beef slices cld be a bit thicker to be perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's on level 1 opposite Frank at OCBC. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. Indoors is quite stuffy, not air conditioning I think. Both are delicious, but I prefer the salmon bowl. When you bite into it, it has a different texture. You could round out your meal with
??????????? ??? +?.?
Dashi steamed egg + Hot tea / Soda
??????? ??? +?.?
SPC SALMON SASHIMI
HOT TEA / SODA
????? ???????? ????? $??.??
???????? ?????? (??? ????) $??.??
FYI: For the price you pay, the portions are quite small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking was easy on weekend. That said, this place only allow students/teachers to dine in with its own “green” pass. However, there was a 10% discount for takeaway. Ordered the signature wagyu beef bowl and one with foie gras. Egg was good. The beef was mostly soft but some were too chewy. I am not sure which part of the beef was it. Furthermore, the two bowls which I ordered were just too salty. If I were dining in, I would have returned the bowl. The branch in downtown tasted better.
