Wagyu Bites - 78 Boat Quay

Foie gras burger is sooooo delicious and juicy, and very friendly staff Nora, I will definitely come back again! Also the wood container for the wine is so cute~

Had the foie gras burger combo with onion rings. Thick juicy and generous with the foie gras, and the onion rings are a must-try. Loved their wide selection of sake. Highly recommended!

Firstly, if I could give zero or negative stars I would. Secondly, great business plan(I assume) to make burger patties from bad/ugly cuts of meats from the yakiniku to blend. However.. Service: 1/5 Normal wait staff was ok, but since wagyu bites is an extension of Aburiya Yakiniku, service was pretty much neglected even though they installed the service bell(no one answers the bell?!). I will like to highlight that the Manager(I assume since they don’t wear tags or name tags), the oldest guy there is extremely rude, condescending and well is just a turn off to see. The lack of service outside just shows they can’t be bothered about the burger section. And it’s not as if they’re swamped in the yakiniku restaurant(still no reason but you get what I mean). Food: 1/5 The only good part was the patty, which should be good since they claim it’s made of A4 wagyu beef. The bottom bread bun when served was wet and cold. Why the hell was it cold? Didn’t bother to heat up the bun? The side choices were fries and onion rings, fries was normal fries totally not worth the money. Onion rings had promise but the batter was bad and terribly bland. You’d have to eat it with the sauce(some mayo or something) but even so it’s bad. The tomato salad I had was ok. Overall it’s a horrible experience. If can’t be bothered then just close down already. I’d strongly advise anyone thinking of trying to think twice, heck thrice. You’d get better burgers at McDonald’s. If you are atas and crave fancy patties there are many other fancy and overpriced places. Kthxbye.

Juicy beef patty, made with A4 wagyu. On the menu, it was either double cheese burger or foie gras cheese burger. But I went ahead and asked if I can add additional patty to my foie gras cheese burger. They have some tasty onion rings as well, dipping it into sour cream, that’s perfection. Pretty sinful and that’s the kind of feeling I’m looking for.

Superb burgers... beef were super soft and juicy. The seasoning and sauces on the burger were just nice too. Onion rings were thick and freshly sliced onion, deep fried with batter. Very special and tasty.. Fries were normal, serving kinda small for $6. Mentaiko sauce too salty for my liking... BUT BURGERS RLY GREAAAT Service staff can be more attentive. Made a booking at 6.30, and pressed the bell for about 15min before someone came out to attend to us.

The stars goes to I assume the boss of the place , a very polite Japanese man. We went there the first day and burger was not available due to staff shortage . Man apologise to us and we went back the next day he recognise us and chatted with us with a thank you . Staff that serve us was also nice . Burger was good too !

Asked well- done burger and they served raw patty. I returned the burger. After 15 min the service guy said i need to wait another 15 min for a new burger if it's ok for me. I refused to wait that long and asked the check. Right after this in 1 min they served another raw burger to me.. Anyway i paid all because i did not want to lose more time and argue, i was with my family. If you want to eat burger , instead of eating raw burgers here, Burger King or Mc Donald's can be much better alternatives

We ordered the wagyu cheese burger and the karubi foie gras burger. Wow the burgers are great! The fries are quite crispy and the onion rings are huge and special, not that burger king types. very nice. The liquor wise, we ordered the high ball and lemon sour. It's slightly below average. Tastes like a watered down johnny walker and watered down like juice. Better mix with beer the next time we come here. Great standards and we were not surprised when the staff told me I can use aburiya toilet next door as they are co owned. Aburiya is great, but this review is for wagyu bites. Solid! Will be back.
