Unethical and dishonest business. Was quoted low at the start by owner to get your interest than mark up substantially when you decide to use them. Initially owner quoted me $1.6k to cover a feature wall. After which when I told him ok, he got his staff to come to my place to do measurement. When staff was at my place, they decided to upsell me to paint the other walls as well. To be polite, I said ok, just quote me and I’ll decide after. When the quote came in, I was quoted $2.52k for the wall and $6.3k for the other walls. I told them that it’s too expensive to do the other walls as well and I’ll agree to pay $2.52k for the feature wall. That’s when he changed the price again and said that if you’re not doing the other walls, I’ll have to charge you $3.6k instead. This was never mentioned prior. Basically, the quote increase from an approx $1.6k to $2.52k to $3.6k in the final quote. A 220% increase! Disappointed and complete waste of time (have to allow them to come to my place, go down their warehouse, waiting 2-3 weeks for their quotes etc). Be sure to note on the prices when deciding to engage them. There are many other firms providing the same service and finishes that are much more honest and transparent compared to them.

Complete scam company. Waste of my time. Avoid at all cost
