After 4 days my left eye was still red and sore from pressure during the extension application, my manicure had also already peeled off on a few nails. I mentioned this and was offered a free manicure in compensation. I tried to book through email and got ignored, then when I popped in I was told they were fully booked at any reasonable times. So I guess I am not getting my free manicure then. I went to the nail salon on the third floor instead which was absolutely fantastic.
