Staff at office wont bither to call u even if u leave messages. Strangely this BCA register company do not issue receipt after payment of goods and services. Their account claims its not their practice to issue receipt. even after i told them its mandatory by the law , under MAS. ..

Engaged by our ID to replace windows in our resale unit. Numerous issues with the newly installed windows: 1. Water leaked through the window frame corners and into the walls underneath our new paint because waterproofing was not done properly. 2. Size of our 3 panel sliding windows did not fit the window frames, allowing the frames to slide about even when windows were fully locked. 3. Plastering around the window frames was very uneven and unsightly. 4. Window panel of our bedroom cannot stay fully closed without locking. Slides open on its own. 5. Window frame metal grinds against metal on window panels when sliding windows open/close. Requested for company to rectify the issues but no one came down on 2 separate occasions despite prior confirmation via our ID. When they did come on 2 more separate occasions, the issues were only partially resolved. The last worker who came was rude and claimed his colleague who came the last time had lied to us because we questioned why he was "fixing" the windows in a different manner from what his colleague said needed to be done. Attached photo shows poor quality of plastering work done. Plastering prominently bulges from window frame.
