★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy the massage, but something irritated and disturbing is that they kept on promoting packages non-stop throughout the massage, making oneself feel very uncomfortable to close eye, and relax. Massager should be attentive to guests, instead of promoting packages, by right the promoting packages should let the aunt at the counter do, if not your guests cannot relax your wellness properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two ladies at the counter have no customer service etiquette at all, serve customer like we are dogs especially when we don't sign the package that was offered. Should change two of them. However the massage is good if you can keep up with the two front desk attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gangster Wan Yang staff at tampinese Hub. This happen on 8 Jan 22 at Qiji tampinese hub at 6pm. The gangster staff just cut queue and knock into a small boy. He has short hair, wear spectacles, fat and around 1.75m height. He is carrying a hock hua plastic bag and using a container to packet his food. His behaviour is unacceptable for a service staff who is wearing his company uniform. I will not patronise your shop as I do not want to be served by a gangster. Perhaps the management might want to educate him or grant him more snack breaks as I think he is too hungry. By the way there is more than enough food at Qiji so he does not need to worry.
