★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit as a family. Place is not crowded at all coz it's a weekday.
The instructors are super friendly and helpful.
Special shoutout to instructor Sabrina, Aiman, Hanafee and Idris, for the super awesome experience.
Instructor Sabrina explained the procedures very well and clear.
Instructor Aiman 'rescued' our lil one when she refused to come down on her own.
Instructors Hanafee and Idris accompanied our lil ones as they climbed, to movitate them to push their limits and climb higher.
Overall, excellent service and time well spent with family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhia is the best instructor I've ever had! Very friendly and helpful :) He gave us lots of tips and advice on how to climb the wall and I managed to finish their hardest wall with his guidance! :) The walls here haven't changed since I last came, but the experience was still new and fresh as I took on different challenges and levels of climbing. There was also no crowd at all on week days, I came on a Monday late afternoon, and there was only my family there during that booking slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the first timer, instructor Dhia is really helpful. He explained the rules, Do's and Don'ts very clearly, with cheerful disposition and encouragement, I managed to climb those that I tried. Will intro to friends to come and have fun together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful time with the family learning to climb at the various stations. The facilities are easy to manage and each station have a variety of challenges for people of different ages or skills set. Thank you Coach Sky for being extremely patient and kind towards our toddler and showing us tips along the way. He made the experience extra fantastic with mentoring along the way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a climbing session online for my three kids, and one is younger. I knew I didn’t want to climb, so was intending on staying with my little one. When I got there, they said I needed a ticket to be in the climbing area, which is in the same airspace as the lobby (see photos). I went to buy one and they said they were sold out and I was not allowed in, due to covid restrictions (I am not really sure how this is preventing the spread of covid when someone from outside my house is forced to help my child while I stand in the same airspace behind a little glass barrier). I asked why I wasn’t told that when I reserved online, they admitted it isn’t mentioned, but “most people call and check”. How about having someone in your tech department take a few minutes to add a little blurb about booking an adult ticket, esp when they are reserving for someone under 5? Poorly communicated, Clip n’Climb, and very illogical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my kids over to Clip n Climb on CNY eve. And the staff were very good! Special shout out to Dhia and Fafa for being ultra patient, calm and friendly with my big group of kids and me! Will come back again and highly recommend!
