Our kids have had quite quality time and fun in here. Place is considered sufficient for probably 20-25 kids max, imagine all the parents were in the whole place will be super filled. Height was very utilized to maximize playing space. Has a trampoline for some jump fun. A few hidden spots like a ball filled area right at the back. The big tall slide was quite dangerous as it had a turn right at the end of it, some force might injure or hurt the head if slide down quickly. Keep arms across chest at all times. No food or drinks for purchase sadly. It was really fun though not the best for its space and potential. $12/hr for children above 1 or 3 year old (I forgot).. an hour is good enough for quality fun in this playground.

1st of all need to do booking through WhatsApp. Can choose your slot/s. Can be 1hr or 2hrs. They don’t accept walk-in. Need socks including adult. Adult are not allowed to play with kids. Best is 4yrs old and above. The staff still ok. 2 play areas with slides, temporary and small music equipment to play with. My kids enjoy 2hrs play. The staff will check on yr receipt as they don’t wanna u to over yr booking timing. Overall still not bad.

Attitude of staff at front desk was really bad. Sessions are an hour each. The entire place was empty on a weekday afternoon. We were the only people who were there, so we asked if we could have another adult go in together. Staff just replied curtly “Only one adult allowed. Rules are rules.” When I was settling the payment, staff informed that no adults are allowed on the slides. This indoor playground is unsuitable for young children. My 14m old won’t be able to go down the slide on his own. The staff told me I could just let him play with the balls on the ground. I immediately canceled my payment and left the place. Def only suitable for older kids where you can just drop them off here. I’ve been to lots of indoor playgrounds and this is one of the worst experience.

My kid loves it. Bit crowded on weekends. 12$ per hour per child + accompanying adult.

Since I have been to a few indoor playgrounds, you can trust my judgement when I say it is deserving of 2 stars (it is for the 2 mini trampolines by the way). My boys are 7+ and 6. The playground isn't suitable for 1 year olds or kids more than 5 years old. But in the 1 hour today, I noticed some rather older children and very young babies! That is a no-no for me. And the 2 ladies at the counter are just cold, unfriendly and aloof. They paraded maybe twice or thrice in the 1 hr and failed to detect some dangerous play by the older kids. And this is the worst location for an indoor playground. It is inside our Tampines Hub and can only be accessed by walking through the 2nd level of Tampines library and then going up the escalator. When I called the lady to ask for directions and said I was near tampines east CC, she said she's at tampines hub. And then she said the place is close to the mosque. Could have just said it is accessed by the library! When we were late and walked in at a later timeslot, the staff can tell me that I should book beforehand. But there were still slots available so I am not sure why the fuss. Infact the number of kids and adults cramped in that place in that 1 hr was ridiculous. Not a big place too. I would say this place is just nice for 3 or 4 year olds. Not coming back. And please do something about the 2 ladies. Many have commented before me so management needs to look into the complaints. By the way, socks is $3.50 per pair and quality is equivalent to $1. Don't forget your socks or better still don't go to this place.

Value for money indoor playground. Lots of slides, ball pits and play corners. Staff customer service could be improved. Not accommodating at all with questions.

Decent kids play area for ball pit kind of stuff. You can take 1 hour slot for 12 sgd. must book. WhatsApp them before you go. Not too big, kids will be bored in an hour as it is small.
