Their Website is down, Facebook is not updated.
Have been trying to get a slot after I just bought my package. Alex, one of the masseuse had ensured that they have caller id and will prioritise members. I've tried and it wasnt as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 4 stars to the masseuse - tried three different ones and they are all consistently good. The low rating is for the persistent harassment and nagging from the front counter staffs to sign on a package, especially the younger lady. Really detracts from the whole experience. I leave unhappy every time because of this. It makes me think twice before going back because I would surely get an earful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the professionalism of their staff! Very professional and they take great care for safe distancing and sanitising.
Gloves, separate sachets of creams, face mask, face shield. Only one can wash up at a time. N they sanitize the seat before after u use it. Towels are individually packed - one time use and they send it for laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not allowed to choose masseuse as we were promised that all are senior masseuses, ended up paying $40++ for a subpar 20 mins head neck and back session. when giving them feedback, was told that if more pressure was given we might get injured. there are much better places to choose from and if Wan Yang can’t even provide a decent massage for this steep price then it’s definitely not worth going at all. Highly unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wan Yang is SUPER expensive and the massage is lousy. They are not allowed to use elbow so the massage was weak. It was also painful only because my skin kept being stretched. Will never return to any Wan Yang outlets. Highly disappointing! Walked in with a backache and walked out with a backache still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you're a retiree and can go on weekdays off peak hours, bcos you can never get an appointment on weekends. You are also not allowed to book more than 1 week in advance. So buy package at your own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my package more than a year ago and haven’t got to do a single session since the last one which was more than 1.5 years ago. I can never get an appointment ever, not to mention weekends; I can’t even get any on a week day. It’s either that or I can never get through the phone line else they just let the phone ring forever. Apparently they are understaffed when I last called, I hope the boss or management does something. If not, you shouldn’t make people sign packages if you cannot manage at all. I wonder when i will ever get to use my package. Regretted signing up, never again.
