★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a double take when I walked past this shop coz of the super garden decor hanging from the walls and ceiling! Ordered some items to share and here's what I think:
1)Tom Yum soup is super spicy!!! Not for the faint hearted. Tastes great, but next time I will ask them not to put the cut chili padi inside.
2) Olive fried rice was salty (as it should be) but fried until fragrant too. Nice touch to add the thinly sliced mango.
3) Red Ruby with jackfruit to cool down my mouth after the Tom Yum fire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place for some well cooked and great tasting Thai food. The Chef is Thai.which makes the difference. Its not air con but is airy with good ventilation and fans. Make sure you also get a bottle of iced water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wang Thai Kitchen. Blk 92, TPY Lor 4. We came here 2 years ago in 2020. The food was very good and we eat there regularly. However when we ate there recently we were disappointed. The TH milk tea that we usually order tasted diluted. Our favorite garlic pork dish is no longer what it looks and taste. Now it looks like it is not well cooked. No more golden brown and crispness no more. Dont taste good. Dry chicken curry standard has dropped a lot. The creaminess and flavour is very flat. The uncle waiter used to be happy and friendly. Now he don't smile at all just Stern face all the time. We highly suspect they have changed the chef. It is just no longer the tasty food that we were used to having. I don't think we will ever come back here again.

Food portions on the small side, but enables a group to order more variety.
Taste wise is not too bad, can visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passby here so went in to check it out n surprisingly the pineapple rice was really delicious! I definitely would go back for their pineapple rice again. One dish I wont order again is the soup, we find the soup tastes too plain. For these dishes plus 2 drinks total was $50. ☺️
