β β β β β Do patron this new place as they serve very affordable and delicious food! We tried a couple of their dishes over 2 consecutive days: basil pork, tom yum (both red and clear), green curry chicken, olive fried rice, pineapple fried rice, pandan chicken, claypot prawn vermicelli, deep fried pork with garlic, seafood MAMA salad, stir-fry kai lan with crispy pork and stir-fry kangkong - they were all tasty! Definitely one of the better and value-for-money Thai food in TPY central.

β β β β β Update: standards seem to have declined due to a change in management. The phad thai was sorely lacking in intense wok hei flavours and wasn't as moist as before. Even the addition of sugar and spice could not save the dish.
One of the better Thai food stores at Toa Payoh Central. Dishes are priced competitively, portions are sufficient and food quality is consistent with the multiple patronage.
The stall owners are also receptive to customers' requests. Favourite dishes include the plethora of fried rices (particularly the pineapple fried rice), phad thai (which they cook extremely well, it wasn't too dry, sufficiently moist and packed with ingredients) and their mango salad. Cashless payment is accepted here.

Will definitely come again to try other food in the menu.

β β β β β Tried the Thai Claypot Hotpot (jim jum). Not a lot of places in Singapore has this jim jum. $28 per set, more than enough for 2 person. The ingredients should be similar to the Mookata. The jim jum soup is good. The dipping sauce (nam jim jaew) is very nice and match very well with the jim jum. Value for the money. Good to eat especially during cold weather.
