β β β β β Like what another reviewer said, this place is a gem. I had a broken screw in my Frederique Constant caseback and I brought it to Chinatown/Katong, and asked at least 4 repair places, none which were able to do. I even checked with the FJ Benjamin, the agent and they said that they may even need to send it back to Swiss.
Doris took my watch, got the broken screw out, fixed it and changed the battery on it for less than I expected.
Amazing service and skill.
Really happy.
