In his words: there needs to be minimal surrounding light for the luminance to glow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate, quick service and friendly technician. Got my Arbutus watch that had a loose part. The technician fixed in under 20 mins. Just walk-in during office hours. There is no need for an appointment. There is also a drop off point at Vivocity incase you don't want to come here.
