★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst customer services I ever encountered. They take your jacuzzi faulty LED light to repair or quote to repair but never ever revert. The given excuse is ridiculous. Its always " My boss said .......we will quote your led lights together once we can get the stocks for the filter. What has it got to do with the filters ??? But they never ever revert or update you on the status. Perhaps job too small for them.. they don't entertain services. Their long history only good for brand new projects and after nay not my problem on services.
Or my led lights has been repaired but offer to a new sale. Which is which?
