★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every tuesday on Watson (Chinatown Point)will charge $0.10 fr a freaking plastic bag, which i find it very ridiculous! WHAT WERE THEY THINKING??!!! - So avoid every tuesday AT ALL COST if you didnt bring your own plastic/paper bag else u have to pay for stupid plastic bag for $0.10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price and sales are good but the marketing is so confusing. Spent over 50$ get gift card but no stickers when I only need 10$ to get game card ? So I should split my purchases into 3 so that I can get stickers with 20$ spent? The stickers and Nett purchase is different thing?

First attendent couldn't bother to look and assist when I look at the COVID kit. And when another attendent came, ask me to go out of the area as it is out of bound.
Shouldn't the 1st attendent mentioned it is out of bound intially when I look at it. 2nd attendant need not raise your tone as though I'm in the wrong and did something unlawful.
I went guardian to buy. They have only 1 attendent. Despite not at counter, I waited for 1 min then I press the bell and she came to assist me. And for the same COVID kit selling much cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give a 0 star review, I will give but sadly I can’t. The service there is very poor and slow nobody stationed at the cashier and wasn’t even trying to keep a look out of the cashier station have customer or not. They even stated that there’s discount on the item that I want to buy but after going to the counter they told me there isn’t discount but I told them that they stated wrongly instead of apologising, she told that she can’t do anything about it and find excuses for it. Normally, if they stated wrong pricing, they will have to give in.
