★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUCHA BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I bought voucher from FAVE. They didn’t even indicate that per day there’s a maximum redemption at the store. I call and made appointment, they didn’t ask me about any vouchers. and when I reach my appointment, they didn’t accept me . They want to make new appointments when I already there at the store! So disappointing!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okay at first and did not buy a package because it was out of my budget (fave voucher). Noticed a bit of sting towards the end but brushed it off because it might be from the UV lights. (Don’t have much experience with getting nails done)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Bare minimum service delivered. They put the wrong colour gel nail polish on my nails. The lady who was doing my manicure kept pushing me to buy deals from her (worth $400+). Even after taking a manicure appointment she charged me separately ($20 extra) just to put a "base coat" (usually included in a manicure). To top this off, the gel nails she did didn't even last one week (supposed to last a month). It came off very quickly.
Please do not waste your money here. Overpriced and poor quality of service. Absolutely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a voucher at shopback for gel mani and classic pedi. Staff were nice and friendly. Loved that they turned on their massage chair for me and they did a good job with my nails. Also provided leg, arm and shoulder massage. Overall quite happy and satisfied with their service. Just disliked that the space was a bit overcrowded. They tried to sell me the package but did not force and accepted when I declined. Nonetheless, I’m a satisfied customer. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definetly recommend N20 nail spa at Tampines as they do have really good service. Would definitely recommend Heily and Wendy both of them are very good in making nail art. Definitely come in again for more services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous quality done. Cuticles not cleaned properly, nail art standards are horrible, and still dare to hard sell packages at the end. I had to tell the staff how to do a gradient nail art lmao. I kept telling her the gradient mix is not balanced (said in English and Chinese) but she still cannot get it. The brush strokes were so obvious... The checkered design is worse than what I usually do for myself at home... What's worse is when the other staff crowded around us and commented how pretty the nails are. LOL. I let the photos do the talking. I have one more session with them but I rather forfeit it now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen assisted me with my manicure today. Very friendly, efficient and pleasant experience. She asked for my preferred style and even answered all my queries. Very fast job as well, nails cut, shaped and coloured in 1 hour. She even gave me a hand and shoulder massage which i really enjoyed haha. Would recommend to find Karen for appointments!
