★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first and definitely not the last time going to Running Lab. I went there today to get myself running shoes and was served by Daniel.
Upon walking into the store, he greeted me and had my feet analyzed by simply removing my shoes & socks being stationary as well as doing a quick jog on the treadmill within the store.
After the quick analysis of my feet, he recommended me 3 different shoes to try on, answered my queries regarding the shoes and even provided me with more information as to why he recommended me the shoes I was trying on.
Have never gotten my feet analyzed before buying a pair of running shoes so this has provided me with a more informed purchase. I left with a pair of Asics and I have to say that the employees, including Daniel, are professional and are not ordinary sales staff trying to push you to get the most expensive items.
Thank you once again for the experience and fantastic service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not our first visit and purchase from the tampines running lab outlet. We always enjoy the service of the female staff Chee leng. She is very willing to share and very knowlegable about her products. She can give suggestion when we let her know what type of shoes we are looking for. And to our surprise she actually remembers our shoes sizes although it has been a while since we gotten a shoes from the outlet. Impressive! Will definitely be back to buy more shoes from her!

He was very patient (I tried at least 6 pairs!) and had an impressive knowledge of the shoes he sells and what shoes would be appropriate for me.
