I couldn't find any fault her skills after having had a terrible experience with another well-known outlet. She is clean, meets all areas and is sure very comfortable to engage with. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jennifer is very welcoming. I’m new to waxing and she takes her time to tell me what to expect. She makes sure I’m comfortable and it doesn’t even feel awkward at all. She’s meticulous with her work and checks your skin to see if it’s suitable for waxing before proceeding. Aftercare is provided. Her after sales service does not slack. She will check on you to make sure your waxed area are ok. She definitely prioritise service > money. Worth my travel time and I will definitely come back!

She is quick yet gentle, it was almost painless. She is able to answer all the related questions you ask about waxing like what type of wax & such. Great experience!
