β β β β β I really like coming to this outlet. The place is clean and hygienic. Equipments are sanitised properly before and after using.
The staff are always super friendly and nice. The counter staff, Insyirah (Anita) is really welcoming and helpful. She makes booking or rescheduling appointments a breeze.
My therapist, Rina, is also really friendly and gentle. She makes the treatments painless and always checks on whether I'm comfortable. I also enjoy the conversations we have every time as it makes it completely not awkward and time passes by so quickly.
Thank you for making my every visit to Strip Westgate a pleasant and enjoyable one!

β β β β β My therapist, Rina, is the best therapist. She is very consistent with her service and does it meticulously. After she is done with her service, she will always check and recheck if the areas are clean properly. Plus point, she is consistently cheerful given any time of the day. Overall, i am satisfied with all the staffs in the Westgate outlet too. Customer service is top notch. It has been a word of mouth that Strip Westgate is the best and iβve experienced it myself. I will recommend this outlet.

β β β β β I do my waxing here on a regular basis. Aside from the underarms and Brazilian treatments, I also tried the stomach thermal shape treatment. They also sell products such as peace for the aftercare treatment.
My therapist is Sanna and I am very happy with her professionalism but at the same time, makes me feel at ease.
They do not do hard selling, like what some places that I went to in the past did.
Overall I am very happy with the services and products that they serve.
