We engaged We Design after talking to a total of 4 IDs. Jassie and Jase were the team engaged to us. The pricing was reasonable and competitive. But the most important thing is the rapport and closeness that we had with them. From the very first moment we clicked. Apart from having ideas and inputs from them, they also readily listened to our own ideas and inputs. They listened patiently and gave us their pros and cons. In the end, the best decisions were made that best suits us. Renovations took a total of 6 weeks which is the norm now. Updates were given daily on the progress and any other issues. We went down occasionally to inspect the progress and quality of workmanship. Once we started to live in while the renovations were going on, steps were taken to make our live in and ongoing renovations as comfortable as possible. Renovation schedule is on time too. Once it's all completed, our flat looks exactly as what their 3D design shown to us in the initial stage. Very satisfied with the result after 25 years from our first renovations. Will certainly recommend We Design's Jassie and Jase. Their care and concern coupled with their sensitiveness of their clients welfare, made our renovations journey a smooth and rewarding one. Thumbs up. And additional plus point is Jassie is also cute! Hahaha.

My renovation experience with Jasper was pleasant and smooth, with minimal hiccups. He understood my lifestyle and needs well and made recommendations that are suitable and within my budget. Importantly, even when there were some minor faults, he was always very patient, reassuring and quick to rectify them. I’m very happy with how the renovation turned out and appreciate Jasper and his team for their effort and time to complete my home nicely within projected completion date. I went with Jassie because she's super responsive and helpful. Her usual style actually didn't match what I wanted, but she patiently listened and understood and iterated very quickly, so that by the time other IDs gave me their initial proposal and quotation, I had already gone through a few rounds of discussion and fine-tuning with her, and the whole design was much more fully fleshed out with lots of possibilities explored. She gave good suggestions when I was indecisive and she's very cost-conscious too. During the renovation, she also demonstrated her reliability. I was renovating toward the tail end of the covid period, and there were quite a few unforeseen problems, but she handled them with minimal delay and provided updates. Other than that, everything proceeded pretty much smoothly, and I'm happy in my nice home now!
