Rude boss, and unhappy employees. Spend a total of 3 trips to get things settled when it is all the same things as mentioned during the 1st trip. They are acting blur and trying to save cost for the car dealer i guess. I wont even be surprised that they swap out usable parts for a worse off conditioned one. It seems like they are cutting edges at all cost to keep each other afloat. Anyway, if you are reading this post and gotten a car from a dealer, save the time and trouble to go somewhere else. Spend a little more money, to enjoy the experience of the new ride you have gotten. Cheers!
H	Harry Sebastian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This should be 0 stars,Super bad experience at this workshop , rude boss, bad attitude, just need to change a small things and ask me to put down the car for 6 hours or even longer, luckily I bring my car to my regular workshop, the repairs only done in 30mins in my regular workshop. They don’t bother entertain those walk in customer, cos they have their supplier from car dealer. If you buying a car from car dealer ,and they recommend you to go this place, I suggest you to go somewhere to repair, a normal car workshop is still better this place. If you still want to try your luck then go ahead. ??

Today was the last straw, came here in the afternoon, was told to come back tomorrow as they need time to fix. Which I totally understand as they need to order the parts and it'll only come in the evening. Was told by my rental company in the evening that vehicle is ready for collection. Came back and the engine cannot start. Kanasai. If it were up to me, I would've gone to another workshop long ago. Can tell they just fix, never even bother to test after. Then just make you waste money on the trip back and forth. Just close down already. The workshop industry would be a better place without the existence of this workshop.
T	Teck Hin Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a shabby workshop, not professional at all. I went there because they are the authorized workshop for my second hand car dealer, Creative Auto in AML. I bought a car from them and was provided with 2 free car servicing, once was before I collected the car and the other was 3 months after the purchase. They damaged the oil sump for the engine oil while doing the car servicing and tried to patch back with silicon. Lots of engine oil was leaking when discovered by my own mechanic and they denied that it was done by them. Meanwhile I also asked them to change a pair of front lower arm bush which were discovered that the new lower arm bush is leaking too. I asked the owner's son in law, Ah Chuan, and he told me that this seldom happened...Now I am waiting for a reply from the car dealer, Creative Auto in AML, whether did they sell me a faulty car or the workshop that they authorized has damaged all these parts... THIS IS A BLOODY SCAM!
