Very bad experience i had at Yishun SPC Workshop. I went there to have a tyre patching due to a small nail one of my car tyre. After patching is done, the mechanic told me my tyre not able to patch because the nail is narrow, air still coming out from my tyre and recommended me do a change of tyre. The tyre patching is $10. Before I went off i want a receipt from them, but it seems like they dont want to issue me the receipt and I insisted it. Right after getting the receipt I decided to drive to another tyre shop and get my tyre fix. After fixing my tyre from the other tyre shop, the mechanic told me the previous work shop that I've went to patch have patched wrongly and incorrectly and the mechanic able to to patch my tyre without changing a tyre. After my tyre was fixed I went back to your Workshop at Yishun SPC and ask for a reason and refund. The young mechanic with tattoos at your workshop straight away told me after issuing me the receipt, they not able to get back the refund back to me. And actually I'm ok with not refunding me, I just wanted to ask why your shop is so dishonest and unprofessional about handling just a car tyre. After that another mechanic make a call and they made a refund to me. I guess they might be purposely not to patch properly & damage my tyre and want me to do a change of tyre at your workshop. Very bad experience I had here. I strongly don't recommend this workshop Dishonesty and Unprofessional!

Went to 751 Bukit timah branch for oil change and was informed that all my brake pads and OEM plates have worn out. The mechanic insisted to change all but I wanted to double check with another workshop and found that only front wheels have worn out and needs changing. Could have ended up paying $500 more for unnecesaary replacement. The oil change service was also haphazard and found out they had inflated my tires wrongly and way below the 220psi requirement printed at side of car. [Update 13/1/2021: Customer Service was quick to call back to clarify matters and investigate issue. Thank you workshop manager for your prompt action. ]
