The whole process from booking of tickets and getting our tickets was really smooth and fast. Hui Woon was my consultant, she was very helpful, polite and quick in responding to all my queries as this were our first time getting on board the dream cruise. My family and I had a wonderful weekend getaway, will definitely book with them again for my future trip! #weekendgowheresg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor and rude customer service, we had enquiries about a tour, they replied saying that they werent able to entertain us as it was already 5pm, for context, office hours are stated to end at 6pm. lady told us to call back the next day. we called and she replied in a very rude and impatient tone, even raised her voice. manager was informed but he was very defensive and tried to take the cover for her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought zoo tickets at the end of last year. I got confirmation of booking and confirmation of payment. The tickets I have never received. These kind of things can happen. But I do not have patience anymore, after I have written 5 x emails and got no response. I tried to call them, but no one picks up. My next step step would be to activate a lawyer.
I have seen the good reviews here, that's why I also bought. I will never do again, and would recommend to everyone not to buy here, too. In case you get the tickets immediately, so all good. But if you don't, can turn out to be a nightmare.
