We experienced a not so good service from your agency just this week. You made our clients pissed off of their tour. We are also a tour operator and we do understand the do's and dont's in our industry. Service is very important in our field, being punctual in our work and patience is also very important. At the end of the day, we need to satisfy our customers because good customer service is very important. Kindly do not do it to your other partners as well. Thank you.

It was my first tour with The Traveller Dmc. Myself & my friend enjoy the tour which we include the Sea Aqairum & the lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. Is valued for money. Very relaxing & enjoyable lunch.Will recommemded my friends to go for this tour. Good service.

Worst experience. We were picked up at 5 pm in the evening for marina sky deck & gardens by the bay. The driver was 10 min late ( Mr rahmat ) , who dropped us at the marina bay sands and told us that he would be coming for pick up at 8.30 pm. It is impossible to cover both the places in 3.30 min including transportation/walking/sightseeing. We had two old people with us (70 years plus) but somehow we managed to reach the pick up point at sharp 8.30 pm. We missed the main attractions like flower dome as the last entry is at 8 pm. Anyway cab was not there. I contacted the driver who refused to recognize me and also the helpline no where there was this lady who put the blame on us instead. Very unprofessional attitude. Not recommended at all. They had my local no but did not have the courtesy to call me even...

We decided to visit Sea Aquarium at Sentosa as the package also comes with set lunch at Hard Rock cafe. We enjoyed the trip as it was free & easy, relaxing. All you need to do is make reservations & pay accordingly by clicking on the link. If you have queries as to visit hours, e-tickets or lunch reservations, the Agent would assist. Patient & professional. It was free & easy visit as we went on our own & popped over to Hard Rock cafe for lunch at 2.00 pm. Need to read the terms & conditions for lunch. Last order was 3.00 pm but you could sit & savour the lunch till after 3.00 pm. We enjoyed the lunch on a relaxing weekday, like on vacation, only it was at Sentosa, right here in Singapore! Thereafter, we took a monorail ride to Palawan beach. Enjoyed the ride as it was breezy & cool. You could alight wherever you fancy. To me it was worth the time spent after not visiting Sentosa for a long time.

Joined some of the group tours. The itinerary is very well organised and affordable. The tour guides and drivers and very friendly. Enjoyed the lunch session that comes with the tour. I am definitely getting more than the money I paid. Will definitely return.

Having just enjoyed a unique and fun time at the Rasa Sayang Roti Prata Workshop, I couldn't wait to share our experience and would highly recommend it. My 2 sons, aged 10 and 13, along with my husband and I were taught the art of Roti Prata making. We were shown how to knead, flip and turn the dough and how to make plain, savoury, sweet and coin pratas. It seemed so simple, but, when it came our turn to try, it wasn't as easy as it looked! We had many laughs and under the patient tutelage of our expert teacher, we improved with each attempt. We then had a choice of an abundance of fillings to make our own unique pratas. My husband and I played safe, whilst the boys created some very unique pratas. We each made 4 pratas which were cooked for us and which we ate and enjoyed along with a choice of drink. We had so much fun on this workshop, and I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone of any age. We can't wait to book again and both the boys are keen to have another lesson, this time with their friends. Don't hold back, it's excellent value and a great experience.

The Chinatown Heritage Tour was not just an ordinary Chinatown tour, it was fun, enriching and educational for both children and adults. The 3-hour duration was just nice and well planned from beginning to end. The walk was a very relaxing morning stroll throughout the journey and the weather was on our side. Glad to have a competent guide like Natalie as she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I learnt so much about the history and diverse cultures of Chinatown and Singapore from her. Besides historic sites such as oldest temple and oldest clan, the long stretch of wall mural along Amoy Street grabbed my attention. The paintings by the famous Singapore street artist, Yip Yew Chong, were a feast to the eyes. They instantly transported me back to the old Singapore as the guide shared the stories of history. There were more street paintings as we continued the trip. The final itinerary at Nanyang Old Coffee was a perfect place to chill out at the end of the tour. The workshop on how to make coffee traditionally was very fun. I literally made a cup of “kopi c siew dai” with my own hands. My mum loved the taste and aroma. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. For those have not been to a heritage tour, why not give this tour a go? Hope you will enjoy and benefit as much as I did! :))
