★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good affordable chicken rice. I like that the poached chicken drumstick was smooth and deboned. However, it had very few meat on it. The sauce was tasty but yet not too salty. The rice normally come with achar but the boss said that it was not available today. Quite a generous amount of cucumbers were given though. Unfortunately, the rice was not fragrant and was a little hard. Soup was so-so. Chilli was OK but there wasn’t minced ginger. Sellers were pleasant and e-payment was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken is super tender and tasty. Not many chicken rice stores serve achar and theirs is amazing…. Half a chicken costs $11 which is really affordable. I’d dare say the chicken here can be comparable to famous shops in SG like Tian Tian at maxwell.
