Dr Jacqueline is very professional and she offered good oral advice. Staff are friendly and environment is clean and cosy.

The dentist was very professional and she informed me about the risks but assured me that she has done it for 19 years. So I wasn't scared. The other staffs were also very friendly and helpful.

Very clean clinic and staff here are very friendly. Staff will also remind you of your appointment a day before. Dr was very gentle when doing scaling & polishing. Will definitely be back when I need to.

Have been coming back for the past 2 years and Dr Jacqueline is very skilled and friendly! Did my wisdom tooth extraction a year back, it was really fast and didn’t feel much pain even when recovering ? Highly recommend visiting!

Booking of appointment is a breeze. Service staffs are helpful and friendly throughout my entire experience, from booking to arriving to payment. My dentist is very professional and did not recommended anything which i do not required. Charges is very, very reasonable. Furthermore, you can subsidize with CHAS card and CDC vouchers. I have already booked my next appointment immediately.

Staff were very nice and patient. The dentist, Dr Sim, who attended to me were very thorough and informative. I enjoy my experience here. I would recommend to my friends and family. I find the charges are acceptable comparing to other dental. I have been with them since Dr Jacqueline started out. Been a good 6 years, I guess.

I have always been fearful of visiting the dentist due to the horrible experiences I had with other dentists. Until 4 years ago, I found Liverpool Dental Care, read good reviews about Dr Jacqueline and decided to give it a try. The staffs are attentive, warm and caring, especially Ms Jacqueline. I had a surgical tooth extraction and two days later, the staff follow up with a call to check if everything is well. Did root canal treatments, tooth extractions, fillings, cleaning and currently on Invisalign. Dr Jacqueline is efficient, professional, calm, and caring. She always provide me with options and ask about my preference. She is direct but not pushy. She will always inform me what she will be doing next, what to expect so that I am prepared for it. Along the way, she will make sure to check in to ensure I am feeling okay. I rarely feel any discomfort or pain. She is really good and efficient at her job but she does not rush. My go to dentist, my saviour! With her, I know I am always in good hands. I have recommended my family to Dr Jacqueline and they all raved about her after seeing her for dental treatments. Kudos to the all the staffs and Dr Jacqueline!
