While my previous gynae was not sensitive and quite rough sometimes, Dr Ben Choey (who was my sister’s obstetrician) was a breath of fresh air. Patient, gentle and well-mannered, I felt very assured in his care. Look forward to future prenatal appts!

He sat down with me and my hubby and discussed with us at length our next steps. I appreciated that he didn’t sugarcoat anything, and yet was still sensitive to our situation. The treatment procedure went smoothly and I’m thankful for the care given.

Clinic is packed but then what is the use of an appointment system? Kept saying that doctor is coming but not the case? Doctor is fine but appointment management is not. Will avoid any other follow ups here.

A	A Ieong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ben was very professional, soft spoken and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have found him. However, the five stars are really for his staff. His nurses were so kind and accommodating. They treated me like a family member. I went to Dr Ben in an emergency situation. I emailed his office and got a response right away. They were able to slot me in the very next morning. Contact through WhatsApp was easy and efficient. Although, I had an appointment, Dr Ben’s office also accommodated many walk-in patients. The wait was not long. Dr Ben was very efficient but the service did not feel rushed at all. I recommend him!

He has been my default doctor since my first pregnancy and will continue to visit him. Love his team as well. Only downside is the crowd during peak hours and you may wish to lower your expectation on your "appointment time". Usually I did not have to wait very long for my turn. If it is your first pregnancy (especially) and are unsure about anything, you can always ask him. He will answer them without rushing you!
