Western Union Business Solutions - 77 Robinson Rd

It's extremely tough to get a hold of one of their 'customer service' staff during the day. While I have extremely good and efficient conversations when they are, it seems like most of the time they're hard to track or get a hold of. Please rectify this.

Western Union is an unorganized organisation. They set up an phone apps n went u send money they don't rectify it before confirming n let u go all the way to the counter n pay your cash. After issuing MTCN no, the receiver I can't collect their money. The receiver travel so far n was rejected again n again cos they advise to go another Western Union branch. They rejected receiver with no reason given. All our orders has been held up, n they can't send our goods over in time. Our customers cancelled our order n we have to return our deposit. Wen u call n check, they just tell u is over limit for the transfer. We now have to go thru an refund number to waste our trip down again to collect our refund. They advertise that u will get your money in mins, we paid them high traction fee n low rate given, n wen the receiver need to collect their money, they have to pay another charges. After that u have to wait until they got in enough cash than they pay u the collecting money. Why we paid all fee n low rate n we have to wait or go to afew Western Union to ask if they got in enough money to pay u. Is this an actual way to do so. MAS Singapore should get into this n stop their service n investigate them on this. If we pay our money n they don't have in enough money to pay u that mean is cheating. We deposit money to our bank n we draw it out anytime we need. Lousy management from customer service staff to superviser n manager can't solve your problem. U can't even understand half of the conversation they r talking about. After they asked u to download n fill up the form n we take alot of time to furnish them the best we could, they ended up blocking us, For many years, we r with them, they just blocked u n don't let u send or receive any transaction. I'm not satisfied with this kind of service n treatment. We like to highlight to the authorities to show that Western Union is not doing the right way. I hope that before u do your tranfer, pls read all the review before that. There is cheaper n safer way to send your money. U can do in any bank n rate is better n they get it in time n safe alot of time.
