★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service The lady photo copy my ic and gave the paper to write my address and contact number. then one by one she ask me the other information and gave the paper again. I have all the information with me as it is my first time to collect you can tell me what all u need in one asking and not ask one by one and then she told me how will she know if I dont provide. Then even after I write all the info and pass the paper to her she me again for the info I have written in the paper and I answer to her verbally. Funny part is when she saw the sector in my ic written as service she ask me what I do and what Dept I'm in the company, seems suspicous? I understand if process is this It will be good if the execution of the process will be nicely done and does not look suspicious when someone does the collection specially its my first time collecting.
