★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow in service even book by apps & need to Q like those never apply via apps. Besides taking sweet time to entertain where Q gets more. Suggest to rotates even lunch hour rather than close for 1hr..even Sat the stated operating hrs is 1130am but found the shutter closed ?..till 1145am.

But just now , The lady ( she said her name
Was NIMPHA) who was assisted me was not paying attention to her job. Asking questions not relevant to the service, despite i have told her i did online and only payment needed, she admitted she never heard. This cause D E L A Y.
After thorough checked, i have queued to the man on the second counter and made a fast and efficient
Service with my transaction.
We are not perfect but at least have ears to listen and not a mouth talking much not needed for the transaction made in your outlet.
And learn how to say sorry as well.
