Quite pricey but came quite fast

Called him because the circuit breaker pop infront of me and couldn’t switch it back on. Guy came within 25-30mins at 5am to help us get the circuit breaker and my power back on and changed the switch for us. It was quick and smooth. Guy explained properly. Service was good! Responsive !Even though abit expensive but managed to get everything to work well! Will use the service again

Called for a power failure issue only to be charged $70 for a simple check and excuse saying that it is a meter fault and that they can do nothing about it. Got another electrician to assess the same situation and everything got resolved with two replacement plugs within an hour. Do not engage.

i think service is OVERPRICED. Replaced the MCB/Isolator (double pole) and replaced the Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (RCCB) and charged $440+ for the services. Based on rates given on Pasir Ponggol Town Council Handyman Services, it should cost around $130+.

Our power tripped and we were unable to get it back up during wee hours. Google brought us to Wan He and we hastily called for help. It took about 50mins for the technician to arrive, understandably given the hour. It took another hour for him to successfully restore power. Even before identifying the issue, he was quick to recommend we change out the whole switch box, because... it was old. This, raised an alarm in my head. During this time, the technician was unfortunately displaying unprofessional service. He was impatient when responding, constantly sighing as he moved around the house to test all the points. Gave blunt comments and was unapologetic about everything. We didn't wish for a power trip and had to call someone for help, so having a little empathy will go a long way - especially given the hour. The weirdest thing was, he seemed to have identified the faulty point and went on to prove it. But he continued to go about the house and proceeded with dismantling most, if not all of the plug sockets to test every single one. We had no idea what or why he was doing that. And at last, went back to the identified socket to merely remove the faulty wire. We trusted what we thought, was a professional technician to swiftly identify and assist to rectify the issue. We were charged $180 for the service. Well worth the money, given the hour and if it resolved in a timely manner. For ignorant people like us who may not be aware, we could have used the number for EM Services to call for professional help, without an exorbitant fee. Number is located at every lift landing.

Had a power tripped because my extension cord was faulty. I heard a loud bang and sparks and then my whole house was in darkness. He was very responsive and came within a short period of time to check and to replace my sensors. Not sure what is the current pricing for the sensors but o decided to change them as he suggested and he even offered tips to make my pump plug safer. The next day when I message him to give me a receipt he came all the way to write me one and offered to change my plug for me again to make it safer. Just thankful that no one was hurt in the incident and things were rectified very quickly.
