Was really an unpleasant experience with this family centre. It was supposed to felt heartwarming and staff should be helpful and show kindness. Yet rude and unhelpful staff at the front counter really ruin everything. Both were bad mouthing and chit chatting while staring at me. It was really uncomfortable...
If the staff were this rude then don’t assigned them to be at the front counter.
This is a zero star post. don’t even worth a single star. Worst family service centre
