E	Elijah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a long queue in front of the shop so decided to go check it out and see what are they selling, and it turns out to be a dessert store specializing in soya dessert. Their cold bean curd (aka tofu jelly) is hugely popular, and by the time I get to the front of the queue it was sold out, but fortunately they made that right at the store, so instead of a icy cold bowl of tofu jelly I've been given a hot one. The texture of the tofu jelly was perfect, nice and smooth it slided down the throat with ease. However I find that the taste of the tofu jelly is a little bitter, I think the pressure cooker might not have cooked the beans thoroughly and thus a slight bitter note can still be detected if you don't stir the sugar syrup from the bottom of the bowl, it is still okay tho.

M	Moon Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner timing be prepared to see a queue but it reaches your turn fast. I usually order No. 19, hot ginko beancurd and without sugar. The amount of ginko given is usually quite alot and it is definitely worth the price for $2!

I have tried quite a number of Whampoa pure soya bean curd (纯豆花) from their different outlets. Till now, I will still give them a thumbs up.??? I like the texture of their soya bean curd. Not watery like the type sold in 老伴豆花. Instead, their soya bean curd(豆花) comes in a good smooth texture. The pricing of their pure soya bean curd is certainly very reasonable compared to pure soya bean curd sold by other stalls in Singapore. For the price of only $1.50, you can get a good portion of pure soya bean curd to satisfy your craving for the day. Highly recommended.
P	PY Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can tolerate the rude service from the aunty taking your order ( she is always in a bad mood and shouts like a mad dog), then this place is worth the queue for the soya bean curd. I prefer it plain. You can ask for less sugar syrup. The texture is smooth and melts in your mouth easily. My friend ordered the bean curd with toppings. $3 for the one with generous amount of kidney beans, lotus and ginko nuts. The toppings are very sweet though. For the price and quality of the beancurd, I think it is OK.
