★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pig organ soup and kway chap. Soup was clear and flavorful. Serving was above average. Kway chap was average. Serving small was below average. Added big intestines for $2. There was still slight smell so could do better. Queue for weekend peak hours were pretty long. Generally, worth the queue and wait.
