Whissh came as a recommendation to us from my neighbour as they have used their spring cleaning services a couple times. We needed cleaning as we have just moved in. They cleaners were great and knew what they were doing. Booking process was really quick via their website with the scopes stated clearly on what was going to covered. Will book again in the future. Definitely overpriced for the services provided. House was not deep cleansed and items were not put back in place. Gave them 3 stars initially and received a call to enquire the low rating. Feedback given but there was no service recovery or explanations offered. Hence, another star deducted for that.

The booking process was smooth, they were really prompt in responding to my enquiry. Price wise, they’re not be the cheapest but it was reasonable/ fair for the level of service that they had rendered. I thought they were very honest too as they shared with me areas that cannot be cleaned due to stubborn/ permanent stains before asking me to confirm. On the day itself, the cleaners (1 male & 1 female) and aircon technicians came on earlier than scheduled time. They were professional and very polite. The cleaning was great, I’m very satisfied with the work they have done. I would highly recommend their services.

I’ve been using Whissh’s service for my client’s property for about 3 years now. In the past I used to work with several parties but now I just have to deal with one. Apart from cleaning, they provides aircon servicing and curtain laundry as well. The cleaning team always shows up on time (a little early, in fact) and were professional, courteous, and most importantly, did good work. Never had any issue handing over the apartment whether I’m representing the landlord or tenant. I will continue to use their services and would definitely recommend them to people I know. Very professional and experienced cleaner that comes to my place on a weekly basis. Appreciate that it is the same regular cleaner every week and that I do not have to repeatedly show the cleaner where all the cleaning supplies are or what needs to be cleaned. She is thorough, very focused, and has a very positive and pleasant attitude. Thank you Whissh!

Great service and crew. We hired the team from Whissh to clean up a flat that was vacant for almost 2 years. There was a ton to do and they sent a team of 3 for a "spring cleaning." They turned up punctually and four hours later they had completed the job and the apartment was sparkling clean. They even went the extra mile to clean up the really nasty area around the garbage chute door!! Totally impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Remedy worked well now my house is neat & clean. Appreciate the customer service to acknowledge our concern and for the immediate action. We are happy with the re-service provided by Whissh in particular with the person (Name - Wali). Even though our initial service was totally dissatisfied by one of the service person . I have never engaged any cleaning services prior to this and I only did it because I haven't had as much time for cleaning as I've had previously. I screened through a couple of cleaning companies and the main draw factor for deciding to go with Whissh was the use of "Eco-friendly" products that they claimed. I engaged them for their Spring cleaning package. I didn't really like how I had to first create an account and pay in full before scheduling an appointment for the service. But their sales team was prompt and so it didn't bother me too much. I appreciated the reminders before the actual appointment. The cleaning team (3 ladies) came on the dot and were prompt in unloading their cleaning necessities. They checked in with me if I would like to assign them their job or they could make their own plans. It was my first time and thus I let them plan so that they could maximize their time here. I left them alone and got busy in my room. The team was later joined by another male cleaner, I assumed he was their supervisor since he only arrived about 2 hours later. After the lady who came in to clean my room left, I decided to do check in on their progress. Unsurprisingly, based on how I've seen how my room was cleaned, the rest of the house was cleaned rather haphazardly. 1. Cif was the main detergent, whatever happened to "Eco-friendly" products? 2. The same cloth was used for everything, from carpentry to floors, in living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms. 3. Ceiling fans (my house only had 1) can be cleaned but not ceiling lights, I was told ceiling lights were risky to clean. That probably explains why fixtures such as curtain tracks that were close to the ceiling were not cleaned. 4. Switches, power plugs closer to the floor were neglected. 5. Professional cleaners but they are unable to remove mold and "stubborn stains". One or two stubborn stains are acceptable but if every stain is a stubborn stain, may I know what has really be cleaned? To prove that those are not stubborn stains like what they claim, I sprayed Magiclean on a spot and wiped the stains off without much effort to which the male cleaner replied, "You're good". Was Magiclean working its magic or was it my hands? Or am I the professional here? 6. Faucets were not cleaned, walls and floors not scrubbed. I wonder what has been cleaned in the bathrooms. 7. Their professional cleaning is what I term convenience cleaning. Practically every stone was left unturned, they didn't even bother moving items on table tops or floors, they cleaned around them. When I pointed out this to the male cleaner, he said 4h will not be enough for this. This was at 5.45pm, my 4h session ends at 6.30pm. He lost his patience and then instructed the ladies to clean whatever the Miss instructs you to and we will pack up and leave at 6.30pm. He then left the house and waited at the corridor till the end of the session. He was on multiple calls despite arriving late but left ahead of time despite various rectifications that needs to be attended to. I don't see the deep cleaning associated with the price paid for this package, it seems like a general clean that is not even done well. Like some of the reviewers here, I honestly question where their professionalism stands and their ranking as the Top 7 cleaning agencies. If you've already engaged their services, I hope that you've been assigned a team of true professional cleaners.
