★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable service. Itchy sheets. This place has a 8:45 am breakfast cut off. Not only that, but I missed this by literally 2 minutes (8:47 am) and they refused me any breakfast. I set my alarm for this and got up early only for them to say (you are SOL) basically. They will only give adequate service if they think you will write a bad review, which is entirely fake and lasts all but 2 minutes. Not only this, but the check in procedure takes ages and the breakfast is only Monday to Friday (no Saturday or Sunday), which is false advertising. i will be taking this complaint up with Booking.com and Agoda.com. ADVICE: When you see a customer is upset about something, please REALLY try to fix it (and not just try to apply a bandaid on the surface).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great central location. Good facilities but lacks a comfortable sofa. Breakfast is weekdays only but this is perfectly adequate. Breakfast selections change daily with freshly baked goods from the bakery downstairs. The gym and spa facilities are good and their are decent meeting rooms.
Staff were helpful and cleaning staff very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent serviced apartment. But the space is very limited. Good for stay up to a month. Not suitable if you have baby. It would be too small. Breakfast is typically business breakfast, not so much variety. But the lounge is quite good. The apartment kitchen has enough utensils if you like to cook light.

I was staying this apartment for half year.
Most of helpers are good and friendly, but the young Malaysian helper is poor hospitality and lack of manners for the guests.
I recommend if you feel your helper is NG, ask the house keeping manager or supervisor for change the room attendant helper. The manager and supervisor have very good hospitality and response capability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Wilby Central for a three week business trip and can highly recommend. My studio was spacious with a large bed, well appointed kitchen area, desk working area and plenty of cupboard space. I was on the 19th floor and had a fantastic view of The Flyer. Thanks Wilby!
The only draw back was that the chairs provided are not great for working at your desk.
The staff are delightful and couldn't be more helpful. The building is super clean. Sadly, the residents lounge only opened on my last day and breakfast was collected and taken back to the room, but this worked well for me. The ladies at breakfast were always jolly!
The location is brilliant. Its quick to get to meetings. There is also great public transport nearby and you can walk to the local malls, museums and other landmarks.
I worked very happily from here. For a business trip I would highly recommend and would definitely return.
