Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road

We booked 2 rooms through Agoda and during booking selected a room with 2 double beds as we are a family of 4 with two preschoolers. My kids are not accustomed to sleeping on the same bed, so we have always booked separate beds for them and this has never been an issue. The other room booked was for our parents who would be staycaytioning with us. Upon check in, we were told that the hotel could not accommodate our booking for two double beds and instead gave us two rooms with a king bed despite us explaining that there would not be enough bedding for all four of us. We were naturally disappointed and my husband planned to bring one kid home to sleep at night and come back the next morning. Towards the end of the first day however, our parents realised that the sofa in their room was a sofa bed, so exchanged rooms with them. I'm not sure why this was not communicated to us when we raised the point of needing sufficient bed space for my family of 4? Naturally, we also needed bedsheets/blankets/pillows for the sofa mattress which was quite dusty and saggy. Called housekeeping and was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. The person over the line told me that I would be charged for using the sofa bed!! I explained the situation and finally she compromised and said she would give us the bedsheets for free, but only ONE extra blanket and pillow for two people..... Speechless! I would have never expected myself to associate such poor, miserly and unempathetic service with the Pan Pacific brand! Never again! P.S. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable too and my husband ended up going home to sleep on the second night while my children and I stayed and slept poorly on the king bed as they kept waking each other (and myself) up. What a nightmare of a staycaytion.

Objectively, The downsides are as such: 1.there were multiple drain flies on the ceiling of the shower, I was pretty grossed out by this so I guess pan pacific can do better ( this is honestly my greatest concern of all so yeah) 2. There is no Netflix/YouTube/Disney plus on the tv , neither can you screen mirror so yeah maybe the tvs can be upgraded it’s 2022 after all. It was pretty inconvenient for me to buy a hdmi cable and to bring my own laptop just so that we can watch the tv .Oh and for some reason the tv in the living room was not producing sounds but thankfully the sound system was functional in the bedroom 3. Honestly I feel cold pretty easily but the room was warm even for me although we have alr set the temperature to 16 degrees so that’s a problem, time for air con maintanence yo 4. For breakfast, plain porridge, spring rolls and baos were served ,not necessarily a downside but I was just expecting American breakfast… you know? Not sure if they change their menu daily since i only stayed one night but yeah was disappointed 5. (This is not within pan pacific’s control) but right opposite is a construction site and the noise affected my quality of sleep to a certain extent ,not a problem if you’re an early riser i guess Upsides: 1.room design was great, not tacky unlike other places , i like the neutral colour scheme ,great job on that. Suite was spacious and well maintained , kitchen was fully equipped and there was a bathtub too which was what I was most excited about 2.location was alright. It was a 8 minutes walk away from bugis mrt station, we actually walked to chijmes and funan There is also a mart and a 7 eleven right opposite That’s about it. I have to say though that you won’t be able to find another suite with a better room design at a more reasonable price point so I would actually consider coming back again + Maybe the flies and air con issue was unique to the room i got? So wishing better luck to all of yall

Price per room -$280/night Ratings- The deluxe one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious with a living room complete w basic kitchen amenities, microwave oven and a huge fridge. bedroom with posh looking bathroom and changing area was great for the stay. This staycation highlights will be to go chill and take some nice photos at their quiet infinity pool overlooking the distant Ferrīs Wheel, melting all fatigue far away. Cafes, local eateries and malls all within 5-10mins walking distance away so you will not be lack of food options and stay entertained should u get bored. Recommended for staycation in sg and splurge alittle on occasions.

If you want to sleep well, don’t take the room on the sea view they work for a construction also at night, if you want a good breakfast don’t take the one you have to pick up yourself to your room and don’t ask too much it will be coffee, cappuccino or tea, nothing for kids, there is only one cafe machine which is dirty, the food given is just so low level I can not believe it and even if you just want to have an apple juice and not an another one thanks to the order given the day before, be not surprised to hear sorry sir we don’t have anymore …… What’s going on there ? Regarding the price of each, when you book two rooms and you are waiting for like really good service and you just have this …. So down just after one night. Amazing detail : the breakfast on the picture is 48 dollars ….. each Go to M Social on river valley you will pay half of more or less and the breakfast included is just perfect. But once again what’s going in pan pacific !

This is not a hotel it's small apartments. Our apartment needed a really good clean especially the walls and light shades, very greasy. Beaware replacement coffee pods are charged at $1.50 each bring your own. Breakfast is basic with a 40 min sit time allowed. For the price I think a luxury hotel would have been better.

I stayed for 2 nights. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Place was clean and very new although it's not exactly new. Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is great as it is near a lot of eateries and facing the popular Haji Lane, Beach Road shops and diagonally facing Duo. Despite the construction work near by, it is still didn't affect my stay at all. The room is big, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place.

At first I was worried if the service is bad because I read quite a number of bad reviews. So, I did not have high expection. It was only for a night, right? Just to celebrate hubby's birthday I am pleased with the service provided. The unit was clean with complete amenities for a night stay. I took the photos of the unit the moment we arrived. See them for yourself. You will love the pool! I got a request for a late check out but it was probably not a busy period because we stayed beginning of January 2022. I would love to come back again perhaps for 2 nights during my birthday. Thank you for making our stay a lovely and memorable one.

Stayed for a total of 3 nights. Staffs were all very friendly & accommodating. Checking in & out was also a breeze. Rooms are decent priced with plenty of amenities ranging from a washing machine to an induction stove with plenty of cooking utensils being provided. The swimming pool is quite small, but the amazing view makes up for it. Do note that bookings are to be made for entry to the swimming pool during this Covid period. Overall, a pleasant stay.
